Purchase Orders

This screen allows you to view all Purchase Orders of a particular customer.  If user has been assigned authority, he can modify the data of PO in this screen as well.

Printing "Purchase Order"

Your customer can click the "Print" button to print the Purchase Order from their own computer. They can then sign this PO and mail to you.

Print to Jpeg file

Your customer can even print the PO as a jpeg file instead of to the printer. He can use it as for record purpose or email it to his colleagues.

Production Tracking

Your customer can use this screen to track the latest production/Quality Control statues of their orders with delivery dates within a specified period e.g. Jan 11, 2000 to June 25, 2000.

Shipment Summary

Your customer can use this screen to track the latest shipment summary statuses of their orders e.g. Last Shipment Date, total Shipped Weight, no. of shipments so far etc.

Tooling/Product Development Tracking

Your customer can use this screen to check the latest Tooling/Sample/Die Statuses of their orders e.g. is the Die ready for cutting, Is the sample accepted etc

Print Packing List

Just enter an Invoice and click a button, you customer can easily print out the PACKING LIST and INVOICE once they are prepared by you. No more delay or waiting for mail or fax. Of course, the user can also print it as jpeg files and distribute it widely via email.

Print Invoice

Similarly, the user can print out the Invoice to the printer or as jpeg files.

Sample Requests

Your customers can directly use this screen to enter their sample requests and your colleagues in China can view it immediately. The software can change from Chinese to English interface at the click of a button.
