Costs

One off fee: a small initial software development fee to tailor make the software for your company (HKD30,000 to HKD100,000 depending on the complexity of your business)

Monthly fee: HKD1,500 to HKD3,000

Avidsoft will provide

• the server computer hardware
• Always-On internet connection to the server computer,
• Uninterruptible Power Supply,
• Firewall protection to the server computer,
• Email server for sending out emails from this server computer
• Data backup service

Note: You need to pay for your own factory's internet connection fees.

Savings:

• You don't need to invest in any hardware (server machine, firewall, routers), operating systems etc
• You don't need to hire any IT professional to maintain your hardware and software 24 hours a day
• You don't need to pay for Always-On internet connection service
• You don't need to pay for any power backup equipment/facilities
