Retail Shop's POS

Use this main screen to record sales to customers.

It supports:

• different types of discount policies
• multiple classes of customers
• barcode reader for reading items' barcodes

Use this screen and press button A to connect to the main office's server and upload new sales records to server. The upload uses compression and smart synchronization technology so it only takes a few seconds even if the connection is a slow 28k modem.

In the main office, management can use the following program to management and analyze sales of each retail shop or as a whole.

This page display all items stocked by the company and the cost and prices for different classes of customers. It also records the usual suppliers for each stock so the system  can automatically generate Purchase Orders to replenish the stock if the level falls below a pre-specified number.

User can use this page to see the sales of individual retail shop within a certain period. He can also use use this page to generate replenishment order for each retail shop and also replenish the warehouse.

User can use the above page to get the sales summary of all shops within a certain period.

The above page gives users further detailed sales analysis over a certain period of time.  Users can break down the sales figures by product category and/or by retail shop and/or by day of the week and/or by type of customers.
